MEET THE TEAM
Chance is the Very Serious Comedy Camp's founder, director, and producer. Alongside Pamela Ralston, he was this year's co-manager for ComedySportz and has co-founded "Punch, Line and Sinker," Justin-Siena's hottest (and only) stand-up comedy club. He has had many leading roles in his time at Justin and will be heading to The University of Washington this fall. He is currently directing Fiddler On The Roof Jr. at St. Apolonaris' Middle School.
After creating this camp for his Eagle Scout Service Project last year, Chance is passionate about helping to build a build a community of students dedicated to the comedic arts.

Gabe DuBois
After graduating from St. Helena High, Gabe now attends Napa Valley College, where he is simultaneously learning and teaching music and is heavily involved in their theater program. After performing as Georg Zirschnitz in their production of Spring Awakening, Gabe spends his free time teaching kindergarteners music, knitting, and taking long walks without his phone. Real old soul, this one.
Connor Cleland is a junior at Justin-Siena and an advanced theater student. Between starring as Jim Hawkins in our Treasure Island production and being a ComedySportz High School League player, Connor is an active member of Justin Siena Theater. Beyond this, he is a talented musician and a varsity player in baseball. A theater kid who does sports? What will they think of next.

We take being funny, VERY seriously
The Very Serious Comedy Camp is all about High School Theater. We are so grateful for these programs, and this camp was started to welcome the next generation of performers with open arms. We hope to give you a taste of the High School Theater experience by learning from and performing with us. All our staff has tremendous theater and performing experience, and we're excited to teach you what we know.
Pamela Ralston
Pamela is a Senior at Justin-Siena, and is an Honors Theatre Student. She was the Co-manager for ComedySportz High School League this year, and is now getting ready to perform her original one-woman play. She will go on to study political science at Howard University so she can be the world's next shady politician.
Dexter is a sophomore at USC, where he is studying pop music performance for guitar. Yes, he is also Chance's brother. At Justin, he performed in leading roles like Shakespeare in Something Rotten and was a player and captain on ComedySportz. During the summer, he works at the Napa School of Music, teaching a Ukulele Camp to young kids.
